The role will offer end-to-end purchase ledger support inclusive of bank reconciliations and other reconciliation work. As such, this role is well suited to friendly and ambitious problem-solvers who are keen to succeed and progress.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Processing invoices
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Posting bank transactions daily to assist with cash forecasts
- Bank reconciliations
- Monitor the shared mailboxes and answering supplier queries
- Support preparing payment runs
- Ensure POs approved and raised in a timely manner
- Investigate any debit balances or aged balances on the ledger
- Ad hoc duties
- Experience of using Sage and Microsoft Excel (desired)
- Boast a tenacious, problem-solving attitude
- Enthusiastic team player with a positive, hard-working approach
- Excellent attention to detail
- Well organised and self-motivated with an ability to prioritise and manage own time efficiently and effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
