Our hotly contested ‘Team of the Quarter’ winners have included trips to Paris, Lisbon and Berlin, days at the races at Cartmel and Ascot, football matches, theatre visits, fine dining and many others with the winning teams getting to choose their prize!
Last year the whole company came together for our summer conference in Chester for a recap of the year and our annual awards presentation. The day was then spent doing various outdoor activities such as quad biking, archery and clay pigeon shooting in the Cheshire countryside to celebrate a successful end to Q2, followed by a superb, night out and overnight stay in Chester.
Days out & Company Trips are always popular
Our quarterly socials are really enjoyable days/evenings out and attended by the whole company. They offer a great opportunity to continue to spend time together away from the office environment.
Team morale is an important part of what makes us Axon Moore and we firmly believe that if you're happy at work, get along with your colleagues then you're set up for success. Knowing your colleagues inside and outside of work helps team collaboration which is hugely important to us and enables everyone to grow together and reach the same goals.
We love celebrating success!
At the end of every quarter we have a quarterly review and celebration which includes team members from all offices. This includes all of us getting together to take a look at our overall company performance and, more often than not, celebrate the success of the previous 3 months. We have prizes for Team of the Quarter, Consultant of the Quarter and those hitting Personal Bests as well as Finance & Support Team Superstar. Whatever department you're in, you are regularly celebrated and always appreciated.
Although we work hard to give our clients and candidates a consistently first class service, we believe in celebrating success, encouraging one another and maintaining a great team spirit. We have a business where having fun is right at the heart of what we do.
