Key Responsibilities:
- Process a high volume of accounts payable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Match invoices to purchase orders, verify pricing, quantities, and terms.
- Reconcile discrepancies and liaise with internal departments and suppliers as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues affecting the accounts payable process.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist, preferably in a manufacturing or international setting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and best practices.
- Proficiency in relevant accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage a high volume of transactions.
- Effective communication skills to interact with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
