FP&A Manager | Central MCR (Hybrid) | £55,000 - £65,000 | PE backed Tech
Axon Moore have exclusively partnered with an exciting technology business who are looking to add a commercially astute FP&A Manager to join their team. To be considered for this role, you must be fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with prior experience in a Finance Business Partner / Commercial Finance role.
The business came under PE investment in March 2022, and have bold plans to triple in size in the next 3 years from organic and acquisitional growth.
You’d be expected to hit the ground running as the number 1 FP&A contact. Leading all financial planning & analysis across the business whilst supporting the senior leadership teams.

- Business partnering with the wider teams to understand business performance and how this translates into the P&L, cash flow and balance sheet
- Standardise weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to ensure we are proactively making business decisions based on easy to understand financial and data analysis
- Prepare monthly commentary reports of actual vs budget (/forecast) and scenario planning
- Analyse previous financial performance, prepare competitor analysis, and examining market trends along with commentary for relevant stakeholders (up to Board level)
- Create financial models to predict growth and forecast performance
- Communicate results and recommendations to senior management for areas of improvement that will lead to cost reduction, revenue generation and streamlining operations
- Develop and maintain sales pipeline reporting to help drive quicker closing of deals alongside the management team.
- Support with Due Diligence on potential acquisition targets
- Fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- An ability to present financial information to colleagues in a clear, concise and confident manner
- Cross functional stakeholder management and an ability to lead change across the business
