Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide effective credit control for two entities to ensure prompt collection of cash
- Lead debt review meetings to highlight payment issues and identify solutions
- Carry out due diligence for new contracts and highlight credit risks
- Ensure all contracts are executed in accordance with the company guidelines
- Resolving any outstanding external and internal queries
- Raise customer invoices and direct debit schedules in line with contracts
- Post direct debits, deposit receipts and accurately maintain allocations
- Collate and process purchase invoices, staff expenses and credit card returns
- Assist with bank reconciliations and cash flow forecasts
- Ad-hoc tasks
- At least 1 years’ experience in a similar role
- Good IT and MS Excel skills
- Experience using Sage (desired)
- Great attention to detail
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities
- Able to quickly adapt to change
- Work efficiently towards meeting deadlines
