Commercial Finance Manager | £60,000-£67,000 plus Bonus & Bens | Blackburn
Axon Moore is excited to be exclusively partnering with a leading, PE Backed Services business in their search for a driven and ambitious Commercial Finance Manager. This position is due to internal promotion and growth within their team.
Reporting directly into the Head of Finance, you will be joining a high performing and driven finance team within a business that really invests in development and succession planning for their team.
In this role you will provide commercial insights to the Senior Management team, partner the Group entities to optimize and challenge financial performance. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to get involved in various projects across the group, have significant commercial input and add value at a strategic level.

Your duties will include but not limited to:
- Prepare weekly trading reports / dashboards & weekly updates for the Board.
- Prepare monthly presentations on the trading performance
- Review of P&L cost items on a regular basis to develop understanding of cost base and present key trends.
- Partner with key stakeholders
- Business partner with divisional managers to optimise performance, cost control and improve profitability
- Lead and manage the annual budget preparation & presentation
- Production of annual budgets and forecasts
- Lead, develop and motivate a finance team of 4
- ACCA/ACA/CIMA Qualification
- Excellent analytical skills
- Experience of leading planning, forecasting and budgeting processes
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across the business
