The role would suit a nearly or newly qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA commercially minded individual who is looking for a hands on role within an SME environment, adding ample value to the wider business.

- Production of monthly management accounts
- Understanding variances and providing insightful commentary on performance
- Lead in the month end closing process, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
- Detailed variance analysis against budget and forecast
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Assisting with the production of the annual statutory accounts and year end audit
- Development of financial models
- Finance business partnering across multiple departments
- Ownership of the cashflow forecasting process
- Assisting with the management of junior team members
- Ongoing process improvements and efficiencies
- Ad hoc project work and supporting future growth of the business
