Sales Executive- Carnforth and Chorley- Salary £30-£40k basic plus commission - Permanent
Axon Moore is extremely excited to be representing a global market leader, looking for their next sales superstar.
Our client boasts a list of high-end clients from major high-end retailers to celebrities and everything in between.
The role will initially be based in a spectacular office in Carnforth, that has just undergone a half a million-pound renovation but will have the scope to move to an office in Chorley and will also in time offer hybrid working.
This role will also, on top of the base salary offer a fuel allowance for candidates traveling out of a reasonable commute to accommodate fuel costs.
The realistic and modest commission structure for the first 3 years is as follow, however please note this is uncapped and realistically could be substantially higher for the successful candidate.
Year 1- £5k, Year 2- £10-£20k, Year 3- £15-£30k

The Sales Executive is responsible for converting the leads from the residential sector of the company into orders and sales.
This is an ‘in-house’ sales role, conducted mainly by phone, email, and other IT supporting tools.
It includes all activities part of the selling process, such as leads management; leads qualification; identification and articulation of prospects’ needs into solutions; pricing and quoting to win (and be aligned with margins targets); proactively following the sales process and all activities needed to succeed including resilient relationships with all stakeholders involved; closing the sales and agreeing all the terms and conditions; ensuring the orders are invoiced and shipped in a timely manner; and other similar activities.

The role will, for the first 2/3 months be working in the Carnforth office from 8am to 5pm but will then be working Monday to Thursday 12pm-9pm and Friday 8am to 5pm to cover the North American Market timescales at this point hybris working and options to work from the Chorley office will be available.
