Salary: £23,000 - £28,000

Main duties:
Finance / Marketing / Admin
- Reconcile credit card expenses
- Set up new customers or vendors and conduct credit checks
- Manage invoices and PO backlogs
- Maintain site order books.
- Support the finance and commercial teams with administrative tasks
- Supporting and helping with organising marketing events
- Post content on platforms such as Linekdin
- Assisting organising room bookings / travel bookings
- Covering reception
- Archiving and scanning documents
- Providing support to executive team
- Organised individual
