Axon Moore are pleased to partner with a leading business based in Lancashire as they look to recruit an interim finance director. This role will be pivotal role in managing internal & external financial reporting, management accounting and finance systems
Key responsibilities
The successful candidate will be qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with a proven background across a director role, strong working knowledge of accounting standards and financial control frameworks. This role requires strong leadership capabilities and the ability to communicate across all levels.

- Lead the Management Accounts and Financial reporting across the business
- Build and maintain a robust financial control environment
- Lead and delivery the audit process
- Drive and communicate financial performance for the businesses a
- Take ownership of balance sheets are fully and appropriately reconciled, and control risks highlighted
