Head of FP&A | £75,000 - £90,000 | Worsley | Private Equity Backed Manufacturing Business | Project Driven Role
Axon Moore is delighted to be working with a newly private equity backed manufacturing business near Worsley as they run a process to appoint a Head of FP&A.
About the business:
The business is a complex group of manufacturing businesses. There's a need to implement this new Head of FP&A role so that they can begin to get a grasp of the full group and start to unify all its systems, reporting, and commercials. Significant financial investment is being made to bring this group together and to make their group brand a market leader in their industry.
Where does the role fit?:
The role will work in close proximity with the Group Finance Director, Group CFO, and Group CEO. Secondary to this, they will have a close working relationship with each operational head, and will have reporting exposure to external investors.
This Head of FP&A opportunity is essentially a chance for you to come and build your own role, and subsequently build your own department as the group starts to form. It's going to be a very varied role which will suit an experienced candidate.
Desired profile for this role:
- Candidates must be qualified (ACA / CIMA / ACCA)
- Manufacturing experience (Desirable)
- Group FP&A experience across multiple entities / subsidiaries (Essential)
- Financial Modelling skillset (Essential)
- Divisional Finance Business Partnering skillset (Essential)
