Finance Business Partner | Ashton-under-Lyne, Tameside | £50,000 - £55,000 | Manufacturing
Axon Moore have partnered with a global manufacturing business based in Ashton who are looking to hire a Finance Business Partner role on a full time permanent basis. This could be a great move for an existing Management Accountant who wants to move into more of a "value-add" focused role.
Reporting into the Financial Controller whilst partnering with several head of departments, your responsibilities include:

Reporting into the Financial Controller whilst partnering with several head of departments, your responsibilities include:
- Oversee the preparation of weekly flash P&L’s and the monthly management accounts
- Preparation of monthly journals
- Business partner and build relationships with budget holders and site teams to investigate adverse variances and develop countermeasures
- Monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Deliver accurate overhead and indirect labour performance reporting and analysis with variances to budget/forecast/prior year.
- Support budgeting & forecasting activities
- Responsible for CapEx process on site
- Supporting the submission of new projects, tracking spend and capitalising completed projects
- Support cycle and annual inventory counts with a particular focus on ensuring the accuracy of engineering spares
- CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified however part qualified and QBE will be considered
- Manufacturing or FMCG experience is highly desirable
- Confident communicator with an ability to challenge stakeholders
