Senior Finance Manager | South Manchester | £70,000-£80,000

Job Overview:

Axon Moore are exclusively partnering with a fast paced, entrepreneurial Ecommerce business as they continue to adapt and grow in an ever changing and demanding market. The client is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Finance professional to join the business on a permanent basis in a newly created position. Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 + bonus

Location: South Manchester

Main Duties:
  • Accurate divisional consolidations including Income statement, balance sheet and cash flow, present to the CFO with a clear understanding of the numbers.
  • Review historic reporting to build trend analysis and a track record of the division.
  • Support on short-term and long-term forecasting along with working capital requirements for each division.
  • Understand the current processes and controls that operate across the key cycles.
  • Share ideas on how to further transform and improve processes, controls and frameworks for each division operating in a high growth, dynamic environment.
  • Help to manage inter-group transfer pricing negotiations, calculating the impact of historic and forecast financial performance .
  • Lead on complex technical accounting considerations.
  • Opportunity to get involved with one off projects and drive large scale transactions on an ad hoc basis.
Person Specification:

  • ACA Qualified (ideally big 4 or top 10 trained) with several years post qualified experience.
  • Relevant experience in a Group Finance setting.
  • Strong communication skills as this will involve dealing with a wide range of stakeholders across the Business.
  • Able to support the business function and senior management team.
  • Strong business partnering skills, with the capability of disseminating financial information to both finance, and none finance individuals.
  • Experience working in an environment with tight deadlines.
  • Advanced Excel skill set.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Experience working within a fast-paced environment.
