This newly created role (as a consequence of a new acquisition) is well rounded and hands on, encompassing both business partnering and management accounts.

Reporting to the FD, the key duties of role will include:
- Submission of monthly management accounts within deadlines.
- Overseeing P&L and Balance Sheet queries
- Providing variance analysis and commentary by working with the sales and operational teams to ensure accurate reporting.
- To ensure queries are dealt with in a timely manner.
- Production of financial reforecasting.
- Supporting the annual statutory audit.
- Supporting the production of the annual budgets.
- To review and implement new processes to deliver reporting and administrational efficiencies.
- Support on ad-hoc tasks and reporting.
- Business partnering and managing key client relationships
- Be ACA/ACCA/CIMA part of fully qualified, or qualified by experience - Essential
- Have a minimum of 3 years experience within a relevant management accounts role - Essential
- Have exceptional communication and presentation skills and the ability to engage and influence - Essential
- Flexible Hybrid Working - 3 days office and 2 days from home
- ACCA/CIMA study support (if required)
