Finance Manager | Bury (4 days in office) | £55,000 - £60,000 | PE Backed
Axon Moore have exclusively partnered with a long standing client who are looking to add a Finance Manager to their team on a full time permanent basis. This is an excellent £70m turnover PE backed business with a strong international presence.
Reporting into a high calibre CFO and managing a team of 6 direct reports, you will be responsible for:

Reporting into a high calibre CFO and managing a team of 6 direct reports, you will be responsible for:
- Producing monthly management accounts and budget packs with variance analysis and commentary to set timescales (P&L, balance and cash flow)
- Forecast & budget preparation
- Developing financial models and analysis to support commercials and strategic projects.
- Liaising with key stakeholders in Sales & Group
- Assist with annual statutory accounts
- Cashflow forecasting
- Review current finance processes with the support of the UK team with a focus on improving efficiencies through automation and reducing manual input.
- Ad hoc analysis and project work as requested by CFO
- Involvement in system and process implementation & improvement
- Provision of financial guidance to other departments and sites within the wider Group
- Support and develop team members including ongoing review of responsibilities and objectives and ensuring appropriate cover is maintained within the team at all times
- CIMA/ACCA/ACA Qualified
- Strong balance sheet knowledge
- Ability to analyse large amounts of data
- Ability to work under pressure, in a fast paced environment
