Axon Moore are pleased to be working with an NHS trust based in Lancashire as they look to recruit a Finance business partner for an initial 6 month contract. This role will take responsibility for the management and performance of a divisional financial management team supporting both finance and non-finance stakeholders
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) with strong knowledge of financial and accounting procedures as well as NHS finance policies. Strong background of develop key relationships, good knowledge of costing and pricing
This role does offer hybrid working but does require someone to be in the office for meetings in Lancashire

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage internal relationships work with divisional leads, directorate leads, transformation director and team
- Maintain service line reporting in ensuring that income and costs for the department
- Effectively manage and maintain the budgetary control system for both income and expenditure to directorates and trust targets
- Produce achievable financial plans for the division – lead complex financial modelling showing the financial impact of payment
