Job description
Divisional Finance Director | Wigan | £90,000 - £110,000 | Enhanced Pension, Private Medical, Strong Bonus | Rapidly Growing Business | Flexible Working Available
Axon Moore has exclusively partnered with an exciting business in Wigan as they look to appoint a new Divisional Finance Director. This business is a complex group of businesses that is highly profitable and growing rapidly both through acquisition and by organic expansion.
The role will report to a hands-off CFO who expects the candidate to work with a high degree of autonomy in managing the business alongside the rest of the SMT. The role will receive support and on-going mentoring from a best-in-class CFO but the financial, operational and commercial running of the business will be driven by the Divisional FD.
The operational and commercial teams are led by a dynamic and ambitious SMT. The Divisional Finance Director will play a key part in this team as they look to integrate and consolidate a number of recent acquisitions, and then standardise ways of working as a group as they reposition themselves for further growth over the next couple of years. Applicants must be as strong commercially as much as they are technically competent, and have mature skillsets within data visualisation and reporting.
This business anticipates they will go through significant event in the near future, something which the new Divisional Finance Director will be integral to.
