The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-end retail sales and a proven ability to drive revenue growth while delivering exceptional customer service.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and business growth through effective sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a premium sales experience.
  • Provide bespoke glazing solutions, tailoring offerings to customer needs.
  • Conduct client meetings, prepare detailed project briefs, and create accurate quotations.
  • Oversee projects from initial consultation to completion, collaborating with fitting teams.
  • Conduct site visits where required to ensure project success.
  • Work closely with internal departments to enhance sales processes.
  • Deliver outstanding after-sales service, fostering long-term customer relationships.

 Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for a high-calibre sales professional who possesses:

  • 5+ years of experience in a high-end retail sales environment.
  • A deep understanding of glazing products, including windows and doors.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence customers.
  • A professional and polished demeanour, suited to luxury retail.
  • Strong attention to detail and IT proficiency (CRM experience preferred).
  • A proactive, results-driven approach with a passion for business development.
  • A commitment to continuous professional development.
