The Role

Supporting the Director of Finance, you’ll be responsible for:

• Preparing robust management accounts with insightful analysis
• Delivering showroom performance dashboards & ad hoc reporting
• Overseeing stock accounting & financial controls
• Leading budgeting & forecasting processes
• Enhancing systems, processes, and reporting tools (including AI-driven solutions)
• Supporting audits, tax compliance & financial statement preparation

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA) with strong technical skills
• Detail-oriented & commercially astute, with an analytical mindset
• Polished, professional, and confident communicator
• Excel & financial reporting expert, adept at process improvements
• Time management pro, balancing strategic priorities
