Group Treasury Manager |Stoke-on-Trent | Hybrid | c.50k to 65k
Axon Moore is thrilled to partner with a leading £100m+ turnover PLC in the manufacturing and retail sector to recruit a Group Treasury Manager. Reporting to the Group Finance Director, you will lead the Group Treasury function, optimising cash flow, managing banking relationships, and ensuring compliance with financial standards.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee cash flow forecasting, working capital, and treasury operations.
- Identify cost-saving and profit-maximising opportunities.
- Manage banking relationships and drive successful transition projects.
- Improve forecasting accuracy and communicate risks/opportunities.
The Candidate:
- Strong Treasury experience in a leadership role.
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
- Commercially astute with manufacturing/retail experience.
- Strategic problem solver with project management skills.
