Axon Moore are pleased to be working in partnership with an established SME who are seeking the support of an experienced Finance Director to assist during a period of change and turnaround. Taking over the mantel from an Consultant, we are seeking interim support from someone experienced in working within the SME space as the role will involve process improvement and strong cashflow management skills as well as strong leadership and management skills. Following an MBO the business is looking for someone who can help professionalise the finance function as well as support the wider leadership team around stakeholder relationships (specifically the bank), cost controls and input to new contract negotiations.
To be considered for the role you will need the following experience:
Number 1 in finance
Experience of working in turnaround/change environments
The ability to be hands on as well as strategic
Experience of leading and mentoring teams
Experience of working in an SME
Understanding/experience of working in businesses where utilization of space/time/people/assets would be advantageous.
