Job Title: Finance Business Partner
Location: Preston
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 37.5, hybrid working
Our client, an ambitious business going through significant growth in Preston is looking for a Finance Business or commercial minded Management Accountant to join their successful and expanding finance team, as they embark on their next stage of growth. They are looking for a dynamic, focussed and ambitious individual who can help support their vision and growth.
The Management Accountant will partner other Managers/Directors in the business and play a crucial role in financial management and decision making processes.
Some of the duties include:
• Prepare timely and accurate monthly accounts
• Provide reports to senior management on financial performance
• Monitor and report on capital expenditure activity
• Work with managers to identify areas of improvement
• Ensure upkeeping of all transaction records
• Fixed asset register reconciliations
• Assist on annual financial audits
• Support the wider finance team in various different area’s
• Support the finance management team on ad hoc projects as required
Ideally you will be:
• CIMA / ACCA / ACA qualified
• A good communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Have a high level of accuracy
• Highly proficient on Microsoft office and other systems
